Brandon Krumins

Brandon began his career as an associate in the real estate transactions group at Foley & Lardner LLP, after graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a JD and Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE). During his time at Foley, Brandon advised on corporate, real estate, and tax equity investment transactions valued up to $350 million. He then grew his practice at a boutique business firm, where he represented private companies, family offices, and real estate sponsors in complex M&A, commercial leasing, real estate development, and construction-related transactions and disputes.

Additionally, Brandon has direct business-side legal experience through his service as fractional legal counsel to various companies in the CPG, manufacturing, and real estate investment spaces. He has served as lead counsel for Series A financing transactions, private-equity multi-entity "roll-up" acquisitions, and various multimillion dollar commercial real estate transactions. Brandon has vast experience negotiating PSAs and long-term commercial lease deals across asset classes for both landlords and tenants. He is an entrepreneur who seeks practical, pragmatic business-focused solutions for his clients. Furthermore, Brandon specializes in serving as the corporate legal advisor to individuals forming and growing 501(c)3 nonprofit corporations.

Most importantly, Brandon is Sophie Krumins' husband. They spend their free time traveling, adventuring with their 8-year-old Doberman, Axel, visiting family, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Brandon is passionate about Jesus, golf, Gator football, Magic basketball, fitness, and espresso.
